Pates (or patties) are a must have when trying Haitian food. Haitian patties are flaky puff pastries filled with most times savory or sometimes sweet ingredients. Beef is one of the most popular style of Haitian patty. Other patties include chicken, fish, pork and now a variety of vegetarian and vegan options.

Our purpose is the shed light on the rich cultural influences that Haiti has contributed to the world.
Although Haiti is a 3rd world country, through food we look to enlighten others that poverty is a mindset, not a circumstance. Wealth is measured by the richness of heart rather than depth of pocket. Our Flaky Delights unites all backgrounds to create a bond shared by humanity.
